7 more day's

I have only 7 day's till surgery!!! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYY... Today was a good day until I got home and my family was eating KFC. It kinda pissed me off as I am on the no carb diet to shrink my liver before I have the surgery. I was bit rude but I simply got in my car went to the grocery store for some no carb food. The entire time I was @ the grocery store I was thinking about how frustrated and jealous I just got over freakin food!!! The really bothed me. I know and realize that I can not expect other people to eat that same as me but it still made me react off emotion. I suppose maybe I am starting get a bit nervous. While @ work today I was speaking to a co-worker/friend and she asked me if I am scared. My reply was this... "if something should happen to me just know that I am in heaven looking down on you keeping you all safe, throw a party and don't cry". I truly mean this. It may sound morbid but it is the truth. I am just trying to prepare myself for the worst. Hope for the best but be prepared for the worst. Am I the only one that feels this way????????

Jaime, Don't be scared...since you have faith, put it in God's hands. If he brings you to it, he will bring you through it. I was scared....but I told myself, this is my last option, so it has to work. Friends are going to act differently around you.....you will just have to tell them to please try and remember you the first three weeks after your surgery. That was the hardest for me so far. My surgery is the 23rd also. I am excited!!!!!! Lucky you to be on a low carb diet, I'm on a 2 week LIQUID diet! I absolutely hate it. I just tell myself it will be worth it. Good luck, Mandy
