Good Plastic surgeon??
Hi everyone
I am planning on coming home for about a month and was wondering if anyone could recomend a good plastic surgeon. I am wanting to get my bracioplasty(sp) done. Anyone know of a good one around Atlanta? Or anywhere in GA or AL for that matter I don't mind driving for the best!!
Thanks Ya'll

Hi Ashe...
There are many good plastic surgeons around. I used Dr. Bert Losken at Emory. He is the male surgeon that has done the most plastic surgeries on weight loss patients in the ATL. area. He is a very warm and caring doctor and will walk beside you til you are comfortable. He did my panniculectomy and fixed a hernia and got my insurance to cover both procedures and I am now two years out form that surgery and have a nice flat belly....
Let us know if we can help any further...

Does he have a website? My problem is that insurance says that they will pay for it possibly if it is medically necessary - they do not have a specific amt of skin to remove or how far the panni has to hang you have to have pics and and the dr submitt and they deem whether it is med. nessecary and decide to pay or not. What kind of hoops did you go thru w/ins. I do not have rashes but I have back pain
