***I have a problem***

Well kinda, I've been stuck at the same weight for a month now, GRRRRR. Would this be considered a plateau or is it that my body is leveling off at this weight? Melissa 241.5/164/??

This soon i would say it is your bodys way to play caught up with all the weight loss ...don't stress about it you should be fine ...Just keep eating right ... Laura

Try not to weigh often. Check your measurements you may have gained muscle and you have to remeber that muscle weighs more than fatty tissue. Just keep eating right and excercise. Keep your chin up. *Hugs* Jamie Wilson

Hay Melissa, Here's alittle sunshine: You weigh 160ish, and you are in a size 12. It makes me so excited to say that because one day I am going to have your problems . You are doing great. It will not be long before it is all gone and you have reached YOUR goal. For the time being, I checked out your pictures and you look great stop worrying and enjoy your rebirth . Dawn J.

Awww Dawn, Thanks for the compliment. I did ask hubby today if he could be satisfied the way I look now, if I didn't lose anymore and he said YES. I'm not used to being as small as I am, but also not used to go 1 month without losing either. If I don't lose anymore, I'll be happy, just wasn't sure if this was normal and 2. I told my hubby that I didn't care what weight I was as long as I could get into a size 10, and I'm soooooooo close to that now. Melissa 241.5/164???

I will admit - that size 10 is a GREAT size to be in....... Girl...don't worry about it....you're still VERY early so I'd wager it's a plateau. Just keep doing what the doctor ordered and you'll be just fine!

Hey girl.....how close to goal weight are you? My surgeon tells us that when we get close to that last 20 pounds, we are just like the rest of the world and have to work like dogs to get that last 20 or so off... For me it's the last 30...ergghh!! If you aren't shaking your booty...start shakin...watch your protein...watch those carbs... GOOD LUCK missy!!!

Hey Tami, how are you girl. I'm 24 pounds from my goal, 29 from Dr. D's goal, as for shakin at this point I shake NOTHING, but I'm going to start shakin 4 times a week, lol Protein, what that, lol I hardly get in any now due to I have an ulcer and I get sick alot, no puking, lol just nausous. And with the carbs, my only down fall is the butterfinger(mini) cookies, they have 12g sugar(that I can tolerate) and OMG lets see, 32g carbs per package. I know not good at all, but I only have 1 pack 2 X a week or less. Melissa 241.5/164/ Goal-140
