Thank you for this info it will help me to stay on track. I am so afraid I am not doing this right I am having trouble with the meats. I hope we can eat apples and bananas I have been eating alot of those if I can't keep anything down I can at least keep an apple down. I will be glad to get over to Warner Robins so I can find a support group.

This diet is for the ones of us that had surgery and have gained some weight back and we're just trying this quick start to get back to losing. If you just had your surgery in April of this year , you need to just eat what your doctor told you to. When I had my surgery 2 years ago my doctor told us to only eat soft protein for six months. I ate a lot of refried means and cottage cheese and boiled chicken. But always do what your doctor tells you to do. Good luck !!~ Judy
