I went today for my 1 year check up & everything went GREAT. I am down 134lbs.
Started at 264 & today I weigh 130lbs. I am so thankful that I had this surgery & it has been such a success. I thank God everyday for my wonderful life. I will post new pictures soon.

Rita I am still losing but not much at all, maybe 4lbs a month, so it is slowing down & I am glad. I don't really want to loose anymore.

Gosh, has it been a year already... Just seems like yesterday you were getting ready for surgery.... Time flies doesn't it? Congrats on you fantastic achievements! You have really done well.

Thank you Judy, you look wonderful to. I hear your back on track mettings are doing good for you, keep up the good work & you will get it off. Tell me when Jackie is gonna come back to church, I'd love to see her. Try & get her to come Sunday for mother's day.
