HELP please
I am almost 1 year out and have only lost about 85lbs. I am power walking 6 miles each morning. I am drinking my water and getting my protien. I just want to stop eating everything. What am I doing wrong? I am so unhappy with myself. I am working like crazy in my yard and burning calories but, nothing. I hate the scales and myself. After my walk I am retaining fluid and went to my family Dr. and he gave me fluid pills. Not working. Someone please help me.
Yes try a different exercise like Zumba. Your body gets used to doing things and expects it so when you do something different it doesn't know what is going on and it reacts to it by losing weight. Sometimes it might take a month but just change up your routine and count those calories and you will be fine.
