I had my RYN in 04 in Gainsville,and now we are getting everything in order for husband to get RYN at Tampa General by Dr.Murr,and I'm trying to find some support help in our area close by as husband right now is unable to barley get around with my help,So please if anyone is out there in area please contact on facebook under---Margaret Smith Lake Wales FLa.

 

I have done great with lost weight but I seem to still be obesit according to BMI I need to lose about 40 pds or so because I'm only 5'2  it sucks to be short and over weight..

By the way husband is 5'5 and 323 so he has a lot to lose.And I want better support for him then what I had so  hopefuly he does better and may be I can learn a few new things and lose the last of my weight issue.           Cant wait to hear from Polk Co Support Helpers Because I Know Yall Are Out There.

2013:  20 Funny New Year's Resolutions

When it comes to New Year's resolutions, our family members and friends can get quite creative and even funny with what they resolve to do in the New Year.  Here a few good ones I have heard along the way...Oh, and a few of my own!

1.  I resolve to stop procrastinating about procrastinating!

2.  I will stop sending Facebook messages and emails to my loved ones when they are in the same room as I am!

3.  I will use my treadmill for something other than a place to hang my jacket.

4.  I will not sit at the kitchen table in my PJ's all day.  Instead, I will move my computer to my bedroom.

5.  I vow to never take a laxative and a sleeping pill on the same night!

Did you have to do a 3 or 6 month diet program?

I live in Melbourne Fl ( Brevard County) and have Amerigroup Medicaid. I was wondering if anyone has found anyone who takes this type of Medicaid, I don't mind traveling within the state of Fl.

Does anybody know if Blue Cross & Blue Shield pays for any Gastric ByPass ???
