Just want to know if I can or should use some sort of laxative to get more regular. I am 37 days post op and not going enough, but I realize that I am not eating very much either.

I am looking into going to Mexico for self pay VSG with Dr Aceves.. how hard was the journey on you returning to FL after surgery? I live in St Augustine.. Good luck on your adventure into a new and better life!
I believe the closest support group in our area is at Orlando Regional Medical Center or Florida Hospital Celebration in Kissimmee. Good luck :-)
