I sent Dr. Harold a note and he said that everyone was welcome at his support group. Health Central in Ocoee is lot closer to Apopka than Celebration. And from looking at the website and schedule it seems there are separate meetings for post-ops and pre-ops.

dont hate cause i make healthy drink choices... lolBITE ME!OMG THAT WAS SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS, BRAT! HEY HOW IS WORK, STILL TRUCKING AROUND?Nope have not been on the road since that accident in March.. Wrk comp is bloody slow. Have not had treatment in over 2 months. My neck is stiff as hell, shoulder is jacked up from the seat belt.
Had to get an Attorney cause people milk the system and the company i work for felt that I should not be hurt after being in a truck that hit a low bridge. I was not driving btw.Yeah I saw the pics, that was a hot mess, I did not know that kicked your ass! OMG! go after there butts!yea so i joined a gym and doing all i can to regain my strength and movement. I have a personal trainer working with me to make sure i dont hurt anything further..
They sent me to an Ortho and he wants to give me some shot in my trap to see if it relieves the pain in the shoulder and the neck.
I am not fond of this. I dont want this to be some temp fix so he can hear me say i feel better so he can tell the insurance company and so they can settle.. He was already telling me the insurance company wants to settle this case. none of which is his biz.

I kinda figured no one (except you :)) has a basement because it would turn into an indoor pool.
I would love to have a basement. I would turn down the AC and sit in the basement all day :)
My mom in Germany is suffering from unseasonable hot temps. the've had over 100. She does her cooking in the basement now..they don't have AC's so keeping the heat out of the house is important...more so for them...Thank god for AC...
