Mom is back in the hospital - more surgery soon...
Forthose of you following my saga, my mom was supposed to have her regular chemo treatment friday but was very sick vomiting and was taken to the er - it appears she has an intestional blockage - part of her intestine is trapped inside a hernia. She was supposed to have surgery today but the oncologist says 3 weeks - unless she cannot tolerate soft feeds and then they will do it sooner. Keep her and my dad in prayer please- and me too.

Terri, prayers coming. I can't imagine having to walk a mile in your shoes. You are a strong woman and you know as well as I do that God is in control. But that's "mom". And no matter who says what, that fact won't change. Its hard to see your parents get older and health things start to really bother them. I've been thru the cancer thing with both of my parents and it was the hardest time of my life. Next month daddy will be 5 years cancer free. At the last 5 year mark another cancer was discovered. And mother wasn't any luckier.
I hate the C word. It attacks anybody, anywhere, anytime. I hate it. Absolutely hate it.
