Humana Appeal?????????

Hi Everyone, I haven't posted much, I've been more of a lurker through this process. I was denied on my first try through Humana, they said I hadn't done the 6 month diet and my bmi was to low at 39.2. However, I had done the 6 month diet I am actually going on my 10th month of supervised diet while waiting on appeal. Also my BMI should qualify under the new medicare guidelines. (I have 4 or 5 co-morbidities) My question is does anyone have any knowledge if the appeal process with Humana takes the full 30-60 days. My paperwork has been a nightmare, I had everything in order but somewhere between the doctors office and humana things have gotten lost or missed. I am just being impatient, and want to be on the losers side before long.
