Finding Surgeons/Hospitals under Great West Open Access

Has ANYONE had any luck finding a surgeon and hospital that are both IN-network for Great West? I have tried numerous offices here in the Tampa Bay area with no luck. Either the Dr. is considered in-network and the hospital is out-of-network, or vice versa... I have searched the GW website, with no avail. I could use some pointers here, as I am wrapping up my 4th month in the 6 month documentation period.

Jo C go above and click on Insures, then pick your state, then click on G for Great West and scroll till you find entries of OH members of their experience with Great West. Click on source names which will take you to their profiles. Read each profile to see which surgeon's they used. Thus that surgeon is taking Great West patients. I used Dr.Rehnke here in St.Pete at the Palms of Pasadena: here's his Link http://www.obesitynomorefl.com/index.html But I also saw that Dr.Murr over at Tampa General was mentioned too. I had GW when I had surgery, I had Dr. Overcash in Ocala and went to Monroe. I called GW with my doctors name and asked if he was in-network, which he was. My doctor is the one that picked the hospital that was in-network, I never worried about that. Good luck Tracey
