Any self payers? If so, what surgeon did you use?

Hello, I am looking for a reasonable and good surgeon. Unfournately, due to my insurance problems, I am going to try and self pay. I am on disabililty and have a fixed income. I can not find anyone in FL to accept my Medicaidw/share of cost. Can anyone give me any info. on a reasonable surgeon that has a good surgical background.
