I am vomiting again. With about everything. 5 months out of surgery. Just depressed. NO, did not eat too much or not what I am supposed to eat. It seems like everything is bothering me and when I drink or eat it hurts. Just feeling blue and sad and you know, in the past I would eat a ding dong and drink a big glass of milk and the world would not be better. Just another hurdle but I am tired of jumping. Aren't I silly. Best to everyone new or old. Dianne

I totally understand how you feel. I have been going threw that the past few months since IM pregnat. THe doctor said its just something I will have to work threw. ITs hard and very frustrating. I hope yours passes quickly. Have you thought about going back on clear liquids for a few days?

Girl, I hope you have called the surgeon's office and check this out....you could have a stricture! Don't wait another minutes unless you know the reason for it...if not hang in there!!

Hey Dianne... I didn't realize that it hurt when you drank too... you should call your doctor - better to be safe than sorry because that doesn't sound right... if you were just vomiting that I could understand - I went through a few months of that after surgery too... mine was caused by dehydration mainly... but it shouldn't hurt... please get checked out... and keep us posted... ~ Monica OH Support Group Leader

Dianne, I vomited everyday from 7 weeks to 5 mons out. The 5th mon during my checkup, my surgeon insisted on tests and I had a catscan which showed my pouch opening was much to small and I had a stricture which had been on going for years. Repairs were done before and during surgery but it came back. I couldn't keep anything other than liquid down. Last Aug. I went in for EGD and had the repair done by my local gastro and I have been fine ever since. I would have never guessed it would only taken 15-20 mins to repair. Do call your surgeon, I am sure he would want to know. I know my surgeon kept a good contact with me regarding this. It will all be worth it, I am so happy I did this surgery and today I got my approval for full tummy tuck 14 months later. Let us know what it is.
