Wow..Thats my area. I'm 2 minutes from Sanford mall/New Super Target. I like the Marshalls/Ross/TJMax, but they dont have near as many Clearence markdowns as the one's in Alt. does. I sell on ebay so I'm a HUGE Clearence shopper. BTW.. Has anyone ever been to that Bealls Outlit in the Apopka area, in the Wekiva Riverwalk (I think) Plaza. They have stuff direct from the Bealls across the street & everything os 70% off retail, Plus TONS of stuff on $1 racks, $3 & $5 racks. There's lot of kids, plus size, womans reg size, mens, shoes & misc. other stuff.... I was amazed..It;s my new fav. place to shop.

i need to learn to shop like you. If you ever need a shopping partner I am willing to go learn. I only know how to shop at the mall and spend all my money.

soon I think that you will be a expert on all this home crap. Maybe you should get your own tv show and help other ppl. YOu are soon a professional at all of this LOL keep your chin up it will all be worth it soon.

I was looking thru boxes last night and found dad's old calendar, he kept track of everything. He had the sinkhole stuff written down...we have been dealing with this for 2 years now. My mom is now firing the management company that takes care of our rental units, she wants me to take over on them. I found a great handyman already...he is doing a wonderful job and I have no worries with him at all. I was going to take AP II this summer, but I am going to wait for the Fall. Still too much crap happening, mom wants to go to Wisconsin with the kids for 2 weeks again this summer, and Jesse is having surgery at the end of May. Speaking of professional...I have been hammering and prying up the slate pool deck myself lately. I am professionally nuts! Tracey

Hi Heather, I had a rough start this a.m. but am feeling better now. I had a dumping episode last night and then this morning dealt with potty issues. we have all been there. I seem to dump alot being pregnate. So now I get up a hour early just to cover myself. I can always take that hour for a nap if I need to. I hope that you are feeling better.

Seems a lot of us are working the numbers on our properties. We (like so many other's) are battling Citizen's over our roof. You can't get anyone to "Patch" 5 separate roof leaks....we can only get bids for a new roof....and frankly, they are all over-priced but what can you do????? Citizens reply: "Mr.------, look at it this way....you have a perfectly good used car.....it has just a little damaged....you don't need a new vehicle." That's a quote.......can you believe she's comparing a car to my house? The insurance paid for the pool screen which we took completely down and not planning to put back up right now....the $$$ are going toward new pool decking...(a screen wouldn't hold on the the chattahoochee we currently have.....it's probably 20-25 years old.) I love my house and even if $$$ were not such an issue it's frustrating dealing with repairs and the people doing them. Sorry, didn't mean to get on a soapbox. luvitsunnyv
