Medicare? Laprascopic,Tummy tuck?

I've heard that medicare pays for tummy tuck after you loose the weight and your belly hangs to your knees. I live in California, and want to move closer to my daughter in Sebring, But I would like to communicate to somebody about this and and low income housing, and ssi, and supplimental ssi, if any one can answer any questions re: this, please E-Mail me.
