O.k. I ran out of gas this morning and got stuck in my car for an hour on my heaviest period day so needless to say, I haven't had underwear on since noon, it's in my desk drawer wet! Thankgoodness I have garments or I would be totally going camando! Had I not already missed morning from work I would havew went home...Anyway with that said, I'm going home now, early....I found a coupld options they say from $40-50 but for this time period they are more like $75 for the weekend and $60 for the the weekdays. I think I did find one that was $50ish I will check more thoroughly tonight after I get off LB, if I go to LB. I will probably go though it's payday. The super 8 is sold out.
As for activities....waterpark if the weather is nice, let's hope the weather is nice. Then we can think about a park or Citywalk or Downtown for the day. Hotel pools are nice too. 
Don't know any details of what you ladies are planning but I wanted to suggest Priceline. I have great luck bidding on Priceline. I got lots of advice on bidding originally from the website www.biddingfortravel.com
