yes it is, just make sure though you at least try to nibble on protein every 3/4 hours so your body will be receiving what it needs. Great job on your weight loss I am 2 months out and have lost 47 pounds my nut has me on 5 mini meals a day it was very hard to get used to especially when your not hungry but your body needs the fuel to be able to work the right way.
