FBC Orlando Support Meeting!

Just wanted to let everyone know that we will be holding the next Florida Bariatric Center support group meeting Saturday, March 25th from 1-3pm at the Main Library Downtown between Magnolia/Orange/Central Avenue. This meeting is open to all people irregardless of their doctor, or preop/postop. We offer nutritional information but most importantly we like to get into the emotional aspect of why we first got obese in the first place...in other words trying to tackle the fat brain. This is sooooooo important in trying to battle the fat brain because as many people know the more time you are out of surgery and you get back into life and it's daily stresses..the more you have a tendency to return to your old habits and I for one...do not want to get back to my former self.
