please help, at a stand still

I have gone from 296 to 221, and i am thrilled about that, the time is just passing by so fast! anyway, i havent lost a lb or an inch in almost a month and a half! what can I do? please help!!

First make sure that you are getting in enough protein and 64 ounces of noncarbonated, sugarfree decaffeinated fluids each day. Then look to see what else you are eating. If it is breads, potatoes, rice or pastas. Cut them out or way back. Stick with protein first and then if you have room, veggies. Also, are you exercising regularly? If you are doing everything "right" then just sit tight! All of a sudden the weight will start coming off again. Your body may be adjusting to all the changes. Try not to weigh yourself for a couple of weeks. Don't focus in on the scale but on how you are feeling and sticking with the program. Write your food intake down, this will definitely help you stay on track or pick up on something that you're doing wrong. Good Luck!! Julie
