Support Group Lake mary/Sanford Area?

Does anyone know of a support group around me in the Lake Mary/Sanford area? ~ Also can I go to a support group before I have the WLS, or is it mainly for people after WLS? Thank's

HI Julie - we had a support group in Lake Mary but it was too difficult for the one that was leading....so it kinda disbanded but we still have a support group that meets in Orlando. We have our next meeting March 11th (Saturday) at the Main Library Downtown. Between 1-3 pm. It is open to all people regardless of surgeon, preop and post op...It's always best to go to a meeting pre-op so that you can start gathering information and know what to expect before and after surgery.
