I was scared to death that I was losing Olivia. I am sooo glad Adam was at home to help me. I had him at Cetra Care at 8 this am with the Flu and Bronchitis. I had just left home for my first patient. Driving up I4 and had to pull over I could not sit up straight. I was completely doubled over and throwing up in the MC Donald's cup. I had a 10 scale pain. It was all I could do to get home to get Adam to take me to the ER. He called the OB doctor and they said Arnold Palmer. WOW what a long trip when your in pain. If Adam would have not been here it would have been a 911 call. So I get to the hospital and they did a ultra sound and a dobble to listen to the baby. Olivia was fine. I was still throwing up and had the worst case of gas. I was blowing from both ends.. LOL like every minute. They checked my vitals bp was 90/60 and no temp. urine was good as well. my color was better and they decided that I must have had a large pocket of gas trapped. so I am home. Feeling much better my back still hurts but who knows why now I think it is a posture or just the weight of Olivia.. It is reduced when I put a pillow in the small of my back.

I totally feel for ya. I am so glad your doing better and the baby is fine. I have had 3 difficult pregnancies...glad I healthy babies come out in the end. I had a lot of back problems with all of them, mild with the first...started when I was about 7 months along. I did go to the chiro during that pregnancy it helped with the lower back and hip pain. But with my 2 last pregnancies, I was on bedrest...2nd one for 3 months and last one was 6 months. I even had to do physical therapy with Kate's pregnancy. Take it easy...rest up. Tracey

Oh man, I soo understand what you had to go through. I had had two miscarrages before I had my twins. At about 12 weeks I was rushed to the ER with severe bleeding and I though I had lost them both. It turned out to be a placenta bleed that healed up and now I have two very active 4 year olds! Hang in there and go get a pg massage to relax and have hubby wait on you hand and foot!
