Got out from the Hospital Thursday!
Hello everyone! First and foremost, thanks for all the messages of encouragement that I received. Everything went extremely well, tough the Doctor took a bit longer on my procedure due to the size of my liver. The staff at the hospital was great from the beginning to the end. Most enjoyable moment was the cute anestesiologist that I had, boy she was hot!
She can slap my face anytime! Aside from the typical pains that we all experience, I can tell you that I had Right Shoulder rotator cuff repair, and that was really painful. Compare to this, this was a breeze. I will keep you all posted!

Horray Carlos, now remember, rest, drink your protein, water, walk, drink your protein, water, walk, pain medicine, rest.......Each day will get better. Stay away from puddings, and potatoes.....nasty enemies for us!!!
I pray each day you will feel stronger and healthier. Don't lift 15 lbs for at least a month, and increase your walking as much as you can!
Excited for you!
Blessings,
Tami
Alright Carlos!!!!! Welcome home - here we all scooted over so you can get on the loser's bench too!!!! Feels great to have it over with doesn't it? But hang on tight - it's quite a ride! The best thing you can do for yourself is drink your water, take your supplements, your protein shakes, etc. Walk as much as you can, rest well also, and DON'T compare yourself to others! It's hard not to but, try hard not to. Everyone is different and loses differently and at different speeds. Being a man, you already have a great advantage - you know men lose weight faster than women!
Keep us posted! We'll be with you thru the ups and downs! Take care of yourself!!! Carol
