Jeannie update

I got off the phone with Jeannie a little while ago. She is feeling much better-She was transfused with 2 pints of blood. They have been unable to find the source of her bleeding. Luckily, her bleeding has stopped. She thinks she may be discharged today or maybe tomorrow. If it happens again they may go one step further and have her swallow one of those camera thingies. Thanks for your prayers. I'm sure Jeannie really appreciates them.

Lynda, Thanks for the update on Jeannie. Tell her I hope they kick her out of there soon and to take care of herself! It was great talking to you tonight! I'm sorry for keeping you on the phone so long. I appreciated your honesty and insight into the whole ps "thing". I'll keep you posted on my progress. Thanks again! Vickie J.

Tracey--Nice new picture--didn't recognize you right away. Sorry to hear about your ulcer. Jeannie did have an ulcer before and that is what they are looking for now--but they couldn't find it. Glad to see you are feeling better now.

This was my first ulcer ever...I was done bleeding by the time they scoped me, but I was still cauterized. When I was in the hospital the doctor said the ulcers could be anywhere...new pouch, intestines, in my stomach. It is a scary thing to go thru...I am thinking about Jeannie all the time right now, hoping she is doing better. Thanks for the compliment on the picture...feels good to not be recognized Tracey
