I'M STARTING MY JOURNEY NEED SUPPORT !!!

Hi everyone: My name is Heidi and I'm starting my journey with all the paperwork, appts hahaha. I'm so stress. My bloodwork is this Wednesday the 22nd. March 1st is my Sleep Apnea evaluation ( not the test), my Psycologist appt is for March 8th. I called the Nutritionist but she hasn't returned my call. I'll try tomorrow again. I would like to have a pretty profile like most of you. How can I do that?. And how can I post a picture of me also. Thank you and God bless, Heidi

My advice is to keep notes on every call, who you talked to and when. You will speak to so many folks it won't be something you can remember in detail. Best wishes! Vicky

Hi Heidi I know there is so much to do and have done before the surgery but its all worth it. I want to wish you well with your WLS journey. Click on my profile and way at the bottom there is a place where you can click and request your picture to be added and profile to be spruced up. Mine was just done a few weeks ago, I love it. Welcome Heidi! There are a lot of hoops to jump through but each one helps you to understand more about the surgery and what a life time committment it is. Have fun with the journey. Nancy
