Toni- Are you talking about the little emoticons in the messages? You can get those when you are typing in your message. When you are typing just look up to the right of the message and you will see a blue box labeled meeage emoticons, just click on that and beside each of the little smiley face you will see a code. Either type in the code or you can copy it and paste it into your message to get the emoticon. Now that is how the message emoticons work, however just now when I tried to insert one it did not work. There are the ones that you type in using symbols and then the ones using words. I cannot show you the symbols because the system will not show the code. But for those that use the words, those I can show you. Each word goes between : : so it would look like this :picture: Hope this helps.
