WOW Moment

I had my wow moment this morning. I stepped on the scale and it said 236, which means I'm down 150lbs in a little over 10 months. 236 was my surgeons "slug weight goal" which meant I would reach that if I did nothing else but have the surgery(like exercise, etc). I have 86 more pounds to reach my personal goal of 150.
