Tropical 5K
I just got back from the Tropical 5k Run for Homeless in Miami. I did my 5K (walk) in 42 minutes....who knows, maybe next year I will be brave enough to run
You should have seen all these 70 and 80 year old's leavin' much younger runners in the dust.
Boy it felt good tho! There are several more 5k's comin' up soon and in the area....
And, by the way, " ~Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today, because if you enjoy it today.....you can do it again tomorrow!~ "
