Priscilla, I don't know of any in Lakeland, but Tampa is on 45 minutes away and Dr. Murr is in Tampa and he does an excellant job. Although now that I mention it, I thought I heard a commercial for Bariatric surgery at Lakeland regional hospital, I'm not sure and I don't know anything about the surgeon, but it's worth checking in to. If not, have your friend check in to Dr. Murr, he's well respected in this area. steve

I would highly recommend Dr. Keith Kim at Celebration Health in Celebration, FL. His practice is called US Bariatric. He's about an hour away from Lakeland. Rhonda
