Reminder: Saturday, 1/28 M&G

Don't forget our next Central FL Meet and Greet will be this coming Saturday, January 28th at the Altamonte Mall Foodcourt starting at 12pm. This is NOT a support group but a group of OH.com friends or acquaintances that meet up and share our successes and challenges of the entire WLS experience . Personally, I need these to help hold myself accountable to my routine since it is getting harder and harder to lose now and very easy to fall back into old habits . Plus, let's face it NO one knows what we are going through unless they have been there themselves, so this is a great way to form some new WLS friendships and allies. This gathering is open to anyone ~ pre-op, post-op or someone just considering surgery. It is a very casual atmosphere. Come and go as you like and bring your family and friends along. Look for the balloons to help identify our cluster of tables. Park near Dillard's for the closest entrances to the foodcourt which is on the upper level.
