One Year Anniversary

Hey Everybody, Today was my 1 year anniversay! I had my followup with my surgeon today and he's very happy with my results and with my compliance. I've lost 170 pounds this year! I went from a BMI of 59 to a BMI of 33! I went from a size 52DD bra to a 38DD! I went from a size 34 to a size 16! I can fit in a airplane seat AND put the tray table down! All of these accomplishments are great however the best blessing is that my outlook on life is one of great joy, happiness and gratitude. I believe obesity is a disease that is physical, emotional and spiritual and the surgery has led me on a journey that is healing all areas. All of you have been a great support to me spiritually and emotionally and for that I want to say THANK YOU! With much gratitude, Rhonda
