Vocational rehab?

Have anyone been approved by vocational rehab. within the last year?

I have been approved by Vocational Rehab.but my worker is having a hard time finding a dr and a hospital that will accept their rates. I need dr.name and hospital name. I will travel this state to have this surgery. For me it is a life or death situation.

Hi Alanda, I had surgery on Jan. 11th, the surgeon was Dr. Jawad and I had the surgery done at Ocala Regional Medical Center. Vocational Rehab paid for everything. I will be more than happy to provide you with his contact information.
