I know how frustrating this is since I have battled stalls thruout my entire journey. Trust me, this is not uncommon at this point in your post-op life. A couple things that you can do if you aren't already are to increase your water and increase and/or change your exercise routine. You are over 6 months out now, your body is thinking it is being starved and wants to hang on to what is has left. Plus, you also underwent some other serious health problems, so your body needs time to heal and adapt.
I have a WLS friend whose weight fluctuates nearly 10-15lb with her monthly cycle and so she quit getting on the scale as frequently as she was and now just goes by how her clothes fit. She was getting depressed every time she stepped on that darn scale, so she stopped.
Anyway, my point is to get off the scale, relax and just practice some patience. You havent stopped losing completely, youre just in a holding pattern for now...hang in there!

Amy had some good suggestions. Do you track what you're eating, like on Fitday?? If not, you might want to start so you can see where you might be going wrong, IF in fact you're doing anything wrong. Be sure you aren't drinking and eating at the same time because you can eat more then.
Good luck! Plateaus are the pits and that's why I refused to have one!!
But Amy sure did and she did it all right! So it sure does happen, so hang in there and try not to get too discouraged.

Kassandra,
Amy & Jan made great suggestions. I only weigh at the doc or nut's office, which means I only weigh about every 4-6 weeks. So if I had stalls I never realized it. I also suggest taking your measurements regularly (I do once a month). Even if you aren't losing lbs. you may be still be losing inches. Hang in there & don't get discouraged. Keep following your surgeon's food plan and the lbs. will begin dropping again.
