Fitday.com users HELP - lost my "history"

Calling any Fitday.com users. I've been having computer problems for several days and have not been able to get online from my computer. When I went on line this evening to update my fitday.com food records the site would not accept my log-in name and password. After many failed attempts, I set up a new account using the same log-in name & password. But when I got in, all of my Custom Foods & entries for the past 11 months are not there. HELP! Any ideas on how to get back into my original account?? I really don't want to have to re-enter 100's of custom foods or lose my daily food & exercise info. Thanks in advance for your help! Vickie, At the very bottom of the sign-in page is a link to email them (Contact Fitday). Try emailing them and ask them if they can help with your old sign-on info. Good luck!

I did. So far, no reply. I'm wondering if something weird is going on. Tonight I can't even get into the "new" account. Vickie J.

I had that same problem not long ago and went to forgot my password and had them email my log in information. Worked perfectly. Hope this works for you. Good Luck ! BEV
