Princess, Welcome to Tally-town! I'm sorry to hear that you had to relocate b/c of Katrina, but glad you're here, safe & sound. I'm also an RNY'er but we have a local support group that is open to any & all folks, regardless of surgery type, surgeon, pre or post-ops. I don't know of any bandsters in our group, but there is a surgeon in Tally now doing Lap-Band so I'm sure we'll have some in the group soon. We'd love to have you join us! We meet twice a month. Usually around the 2nd week of the month (Tues or Wed.) evening for dinner at a local resturant and the 4th Saturday afternoon at someone's home.
