I am almost 2 weeks postop and in total confusion about which yogurts I can eat. I looked thru the book the office gave me, 2 pages say it has to be plain, yet on the shopping list it states u can eat either plain or vanilla (low fat on both), is there anyone out there that could tell which is the right one to eat? I am going for my 2 week post op visit on jan 3rd (and to get my g-tube taken out THANKFULLY) so will ask about the yogurt then. But if there's anyone in the meantime that may have some advice, please let me know. I only want answers from anyone who had the above doctors as all doctors have different diets etc. Thanks. Joanne
