Individual insurance question

Hi all! My mom has told me that she will pay for my medical insurance so I can get the surgery but to find a good one that has a track record of approving without a lot of hoops.{so she doesnt have to pay for my ins a long time}...So Any input from you guys would be really helpfull, I'm desperate before she changes her mind {she's good at that} Thank you so much!! ALSO...Is morbid obesity considered a pre-existing condition ? I don't understand all of this insurance info it's making me spin!! Please Help!! Kim Nation

Kim, I'm using Humana Gold Plus via Medicare. Which I've been told I won't have any problems being approved. But I've read & heard the easiest right now before 1/1/06 was/is United Health Care. But everyone of these Insurance companies policys could change as of Monday 1/2/06. Hope this helps, Mike

I talked to my United Healthcare rep today and they are still covering it. Atleast they are with my company (Brighthouse Networks).
