WOW Moment

Today I had a major WOW moment! I stepped on the scale this morning and I am down to 243. I put that in the BMI calculator and it's 39.2. That's right I'm only OBESE! WOOHOO! Whoever thought I would be excited about being obese. Sometimes I still can't believe that I started with a BMi of 62+. MERRY CHRISTMAS!! HUGS Kim -143lbs

Kim, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I know that is so exciting, to see the difference, to see the numbers dropping. I myself started at a BMI of 57 and now I'm down to a 32 and it is SO wonderful. I'm still obese and can't wait till I can say I'm just overweight, even though whatever happens, even if I never lose another ounce, I am happy now and I'm thankful for the tool I've been given, it's so rewarding and comforting to know that I can now control my food and not worry about this ever again, it's been working for the last year and a half and it's the best thing I've EVER done for myself.
