I made it into the century club!
Well today it is the day the I can say I have lost 100lbs.
I wasn't even going to weight today because the office goodies
were calling my name yesterday. I can't wait until Christmas is over so all that good (bad) stuff is out of this office. Anyway I started trying to get approved at 321 lbs. (Feb 05 ) July 19th, day of surgery I was 295lbs. Today 221lbs. I can't wait until I make it to onederland. (next goal) Today is a great day! Thanks to all you and all your support.
Jan from Ocala you know that means you in a big way. I never would of probably went to Dr. Jawad if it wasn't for you. See ya at the next support group.
