Checking In

Good Morning To All, Hope everyone is doing well. I see that there hasn't been any response about getting together on Saturday so I guess we will skip it. Omar has to work from 12:00 to 10:00pm anyway so I suppose it is for the best. The intention was a good one though. We are both doing well. I'm down to 229 so my total loss so far is 170 in 15 months. I'm hoping once I start back to work next week I'll get the last 29 pounds off a little easier. Omar has gained about 15 pounds during the past few months but he's working on that. His loss is still over 310 pounds after 2 1/2 years. Good thoughts to all both pre and post ops. Sincerely, Dawn

If we can choose another day....I'd love to get together Dawn. I work fri and sat evenings, and am free most sat during the day. I am sure we can get some people together to celebrate. Great job on the weight loss!! whoo-hoo!!!!!! hugs, Tami

Dawn, My apologies for not responding earlier. I have to work this weekend too, so it wasn't going to work out for me to go to TGIF's. I am so excited about your new job and that things are looking bright for you guys. Sounds like it was meant to be if you got the job now versus the new year, plus you'll have more $ for the holidays . Anyway, I still have an annual pass to Universal so maybe we can plan a day there after XMAS. Every weekend is booked until the end of the year with parties or work, but I love Universal so please keep that in mind as an option for a get together. I'll have another Meet and Greet in mid or late January if we can't get together before then. Amy

Maybe some of us can get together on a weeknight during December. I go to Disney orientation tomorrow and I will get my first schedule so I'll know more about when I'll be available to try and plan something. Amy, we need to do Universal in January. Hi Dawn, I had wanted to come up, but I started working at Lane Bryant for some much needed cash so I work the weekends now. I saw Dr. Rosenthal a couple weeks ago, he was very nice, offered me some hope. The only thing I am frustrated about it doing more tests and seeing more doctors, but that was things that the nurse mentioned I didn't know he was going to order those so I'm hoping he will just accept the records from this past year of the specialist I see at UM. I see him next Friday. Sarah
