WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY?? 11/25/05
Worked 7p-7a, so my eating habits are a little strange but I still try to stay within our guidelines.
B-oatmeal with raisins (need to cut back with this...too many carbs)
L-sleep during day
S-protein shake & 1/2 apple
D-Chinesse: chicken (not fried) with green beans and onions, few chow mein noodles
S-other 1/2 apple & 2 almond cookies (fighting sweet tooth)
**got allocated water but slightly too low with protein today. No exercise (preparing for family vacation and had to shop before work). Will work on doing better tomorrow

Breakfast: 1/2 Light Key Lime Yogurt (So that's about 3 oz) with a handful of Grape Nuts Cereal. (1 1/2 years out and I still can't mix liquids and solids . . . so no milk with my cereal!)
Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwich (1 slice rye bread and 2 slices Am cheese)
Dinner: Turkey burger, no bread and two tablespoons of macaroni and cheese that I made for my sons.
Late night: Husband had cheesecake and tea, I tasted the end of his cake. It was good.)
PLENTY of water, plenty of iced coffee, all of my vitramins and supplements.
