Is anyone out there having trouble logging into their account? I just can't log in anymore, I have tried getting a new userword etc but just no luck. I am 3 weeks away from surgery and really want to update my profile. Any suggestions? I have tried everything. Thanks guys.

I had to create a new name and password. Once I read the directions, I had no problem.

As you may know, OH has gone to a new username system. All members are being asked to use that system in all areas of the site. Therefore, we are asking that you create a username. Enclosed are directions on how to set up a username with your profile. Thank you for using ObesityHelp.com and thank you for your help in this matter. Usernames will help with the protection and anonymity of all of our members. Please feel free to email with any questions or concerns you may have. Please follow the below instructions and get your user name selected, then let us know so we can note that with your request. You can do that by: 1) Locate the box that says "Already a member?" 2) Locate the text that says "I am a member, but don't have a username. Click Here" and click on that link. 3) You will then be prompted to enter in your First Name - XXX, Last Name XXXXX, and Password. These areas would be the current log in information that you have been using. 4) You will then also be prompted to enter in a User Name. This is the new part and will be unique to you. So please select the User Name that you would like to have associated with your account. Tip - Your User Name should be what you would want the public to see. 5) Then click the button that says "Create Username". You will then need to sign in with your newly made Username and Password, instead of your First Name, Last Name, Password that you used to log in with. Hope that helps! Whne I read your post yesterday, I hadn't yet had a problem, figures!!!
