Tami's SF cranberry salad receipe
2 (3 oz) pkg sugar free rasp jello
2 cups ho****er
2 cups splenda (may sweeten more to your taste)
1 lb fresh cranberries
1 orange
1 can crushed pineapple in own juice
1/2 cup crushed nuts (optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery (optional)
Grind or shop cranberries and orange. Add pineapple, celery nuts and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
Dissolve jello in ho****er with can of crushed pineapple. Add cranberry mixture, stir well and refrigerate. Will need to stir several times to be sure all is mixed well before it sets.
