And that is the whole thing, it has been 2 weeks and the insurance company is saying they don't show anything yet. I called the medical management department yesterday, and that is the department in Green Bay, WI that the doc office said they sent it to. Call me impatient however I have a tentative date for Dec 9 and that date is rapidly approaching.

Ahhhh, I didnt realize you had a date already...my bad ! No wonder you are a bit impatient. I thought you were in the earlier stages, sorry. Hmmmmm, I would keep calling daily to see if there are any updates. I'll cross my fingers for you! Good luck with everything!

Leeann, I would keep calling too. Maybe try pleading with someone to try to help find out where your paperwork is. Sometimes placing yourself at their mercy and begging someone for their help will work! Explain to them that you have a date that is quickly approaching and that you need their help. I am a person who hates having to ask others for help so it took a long time for me to figure out that sometimes it works to plead. You shouldn't have to resort to this but well if that is what it takes to get through this logjam and be able to keep that date I'd try it. Good Luck! Kat
