Orlando Personal Trainer?

Does anyone know of a good personal trainer in Orlando. I would like to find someone I can meet with a few times a year to get direction from, I can not afford a weekly thing. There are things I do not know about trainer: Do they come to your gym Do they do training with out a monthly contract I guess that all depends on the trainer. Jenn

I have a great trainer and she's had WLS. You can find her on this website her name is Melissa Daly. She's injured right now but she'll be training again soon. I've worked out with her in a park or at her home. She's awesome! Rhonda

Jennifer, FOOD FOR THOUGHT: I dont know if you belong to a gym or not, but Planet Fitness is running a special for $49 sign up and $10/month and NO CONTRACT. There are a few of them around Orlando (several thruout the state) so consider that if you havent already. I am going to be switching gyms and going there soon since several people from work like it better there than where I go now. I would love to have a PT help me out too, but I cant afford one these days nor am I consistent in my schedule at work enough to commit to a regular schedule of sessions so I lean on the "regulars" at the gym that have toned bodies or features I am looking for (back, arms, legs, etc). I have found a lot of people will offer help and suggestions at the gym and I got a lot of support when I told them of my weightloss. I did have good luck with the personal trainer at my current gym, but they charge too much and recently changed their hours so I am going to change gyms soon.
