Thanks so much, didn't know about the group. However, I had my surgery on 10/26, returned to work 10/31 and I am really looking forward to not going up Atlantic on the weekend. I live off of San Pablo. I will go for sure next time. Is it weekly or monthly? Thanks so much for responding Nancy

Nancy, For the past few weeks it has been weekly but I think it is going to 2x a month soon. I have the schedule at home and will sent it to you this weekend. You went to work 4 days after surgery?? How brave you are! I'll send you my phone number this weekend too. I live in San Mateo on the Northside.

Sounds great Terri. I had lap surgery, so recovery is a lot faster. I am pretty tired today and ready for my weekend so I can rest some more. I would love your number

Hello Rhonda and congratulations on your weight loss. I wanted to invite you to the local support group meetings. If you'll click back over to OH, you'll see the post I made to Nancy with all the particulars. I am the support group leader and we meet on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month at the Regency Square Library. We have the room reserved from 10 to 1 but people come and as as need be.
