25 DAYS ON THE LOSERS SIDE

I can not believe it has only been 25 days since my surgery. I went to my PCP and He has already dropped 2 blood pressure meds and my Lantus Diabetes shots at night. I was taking 54 units per night. I am still on my regular insulin but have only needed 2 units in the 25 days. Oh by the way unoffical weight lost is 65 lbs. That is how much the scale at my PCP said. I go Monday to the surgeons, so we'll see how close they come. Thank you again for all the prayers and good wishes during my time in the hospital. Also I want to thank you all for moving over to make room on the losers bench. IMP gail
