Update on Gina Olson... She's officially a loser!
Gina went into to surgery on Nov 2nd at 10 am. She was out of surgery and in recovery by 11:30. The nurse said when she woke up she was all smiles! Dr. V said that her surgery went very well and her liver and gallbladder looked very good. When she came up to her room she was all smiles as well. She had a pain in her upper chest on day 1 for a couple hours but the dr. gave her some meds for it and it was gone in like 10 minutes. After that she was in little too no pain. She was up out of bed sitting in the chair most of the day. On Day 2 ( today ) she woke up feeling really well. She had her drinking thing this morning. She said it didn't taste as bad as she thought. There were no leaks so she is getting some jello and water today. She had much more energy today and was walking around the whole floor. Dr. Vaughan was so impressed with how well she is doing that he said she is going to probably be leaving a day early! So she should be home sometime tomorrow!
