Hi Jay, I have just regained power and phone service on Sat 11/29 at 2pm. It went out on Monday at 7:20 am. I have tried to stay hydrated but it was very difficult. Also eating was a major problem as well as taking my pills. My nerves were shot and I kept choking on the pills. I did eat some no-no's but I had to do with what I had. I tried to make my shakes but the warm water did not mix it well. We girls are also VERY, VERY hormonal after surgery and Wilma did not help at all!!!!!! ~Rebel Lady~ TOTAL LOSS 83 lbs GONE FOREVER AND 39 1/4 total inches Starting 310 (back in January) Date of surgery 290 Present 227 Dr. goal 190 my goal 160

I'm at the college today using the computer. We are still "powerless" from Wilma. My diet is terrible since I can't keep my usual dairy proteins cold. I'm especially thirsty in the evenings . I've been doing a lot of yard work from dawn to dusk and as a result I've lost about 3 pounds....not good at all for me. I cut the end of my r. index finger on Sunday requiring several stitches -- it's quite painful. I feel blessed though because our inconveniences are modest compared to so many others.
