PLACE: Florida State Fairgrounds Address: 4800 Highway 301 North, Tampa, FL 33610 Make sure to enter thru Orient Rd. service entrance, otherwise you will get lost and possibly be charged for parking. GUEST SPEAKER: JENNIFER BRODER-KATZ, who is a Registered Dietitian specializing in weight loss surgery will be our featured guest speaker. She has counseled hundreds of patients in this area and is an expert in her field. A few years ago, she used to be the head dietitian who counseled patients at Tampa General Hospital after gastric bypass surgery. As a thank you for her time, I am requesting a $5.00 donation per person for this meeting. She has volunteered to come and speak to our group and I feel in light of her time and schedule that is a small request for her services. I am requesting an RSVP via email to confirm that you plan to be at the meeting. Feel free to bring along any new people, friends, or partners. Deadline to submit these questions is Thursday, Nov. 3rd. DIRECTIONS: When you arrive at the Fairgrounds (located off I-4 near Hwy 301) make sure to enter through the Orient Rd. entrance. You will come to a road that will take you to the Security Guard shack. Let them know you are there for a meeting in the Administration Building. Then proceed down the road to the T-Intersection in the road and make a left. Follow the road as it curves around and you will see up ahead the Ford Amphitheatre on your left side. Directly across from the Amphitheatre is a cream colored building which is the Administration Building for the Fairgrounds. There should be ample parking.
